So your conscious, rational self needs a good boost and practical tools to make the new-and-better happen.  Often, that means replacing self-defeating thinking and habits.  Instead of "I can't (xyz) because..." and procrastinating, think "Here's how I can (xyz)..." and develop creative, entrepreneurial, and get-it-done thinking.  When you accomplish that change, the results across your work and life will be profoundly rewarding.
